The animation was done with presentation software called Astound 2.1, which I'm not sure is on the market anymore. The animation wing of that software program was called Astound Animator, or Gold Disk animator as I have also seen it called.

(I switched animation creation programs when I switched from Windows 98 to Windows XP - Astound was no longer compatible with Windows from Windows XP.
