The energy hits you like an electric bolt right from when you start watching this comic adventure. In fact, it also features many electric bolts in this movie. Brian, a gadget inventor, is working on "Mr. Lightning", one of his inventions, when a surge going through him from the faulty invention puts him to sleep. Waking up from it hours later, he decides to take a walk to think things through.

Not far from his house, he notices something coming down the road. When it collapses in the road, he runs over to see. And there he finds it's a girl named Victoria, came from England to "claim what is rightfully hers".


Wannabe-chief witchdoctor/something Malmane • Close call for Victoria

Victoria produces an old treasure map passed down to her from her great grandfather. This map has been passed down to her grandfather and then her mother, and finally to her. Nobody before her has ever come to claim the treasure, so she thought she'd be the one to come get it if it still exists.

But now she needs a helper. And Brian is there. After a bit of a rocky first meeting, finally they go off in search of treasure, guided only by the map, and a wannabe African chief called Malmane, and then of course there is "Grandpa", Victoria's imaginary friend she bases on her great grandfather. She loves cartoons so her little imaginary friend Grandpa is also in the shape of a cartoon character.

Their mission soon puts them in danger, for a technicality has caused there to be another rival team, Jack and Julie, who believe they are the rightful owners of the treasure, and don't think they're good guys - they're mean and getting badder and crueler the closer they get to the treasure.

Jack and Julie soon make evil plans to sabotage Brian & Victoria's mission, and a war breaks out between the two rival teams. The treasure hunt turns into a dangerous ordeal where nobody's sure who and what they can trust anymore.

It's a race against time that will have you at the edge of your seat throughout the whole film. Get the pop corn and watch this play out :)
